Every brand has a custom software layer at its core — a CAD scraper, a content pipeline, a Shopify theme, a compliance gate. We don't buy SaaS to solve problems other people have already monetized; we build the thin layer that makes the company defensible.

Where the incumbent industry takes a percentage of customer outcome, we charge a fixed price for the work and let the customer keep the upside. TaxStand's $249 vs. 25–40% protest consultants is the cleanest example. Same logic across the portfolio.
